1. Who runs this website

The website software and original digital content on glenicetoh.sg are owned and operated by InfinitusNow Pte. Ltd., Singapore (UEN 201725752N).

The property advisory services described on the website remain associated with Glenice Toh and OrangeTee & Tie Pte. Ltd. (Agency Licence L3009250K, CEA registration R049163F). The agency and CEA disclosures in the page footer continue to apply to those services.

2. General information only

The website, its guides, calculators and tools, including My Lease Outlook, are general educational and informational resources. They are not legal, financial, tax or valuation advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional about your own situation.

Figures are estimates based on simplified assumptions. They may be out of date or differ from official figures. My Lease Outlook is not an SLA or HDB quotation, valuation or lease-renewal premium, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Please check current rules and figures with the relevant authority, bank, lawyer or adviser before you decide.

3. Intellectual property

InfinitusNow Pte. Ltd. owns, or is licensed to use, the original software, interface implementation, layout and visual expression, graphics, original written content and presentation of this website (together, the “proprietary site material”). These are protected by copyright and other laws.

You are welcome to use the public website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, including reading it, printing a result for your own use and sharing a link to a page.

Without our written permission, you must not:

• reproduce, republish or redistribute the proprietary site material;
• clone or adapt the site's software, interface or presentation for a competing or commercial purpose; or
• systematically extract the proprietary site material.

All of this applies subject always to any rights you have under applicable law.

4. Government data and third-party materials

We do not claim ownership of government data or third-party materials. Data and materials from HDB, data.gov.sg, URA, the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) and other third parties remain owned by, or licensed from, their respective rights holders. Material released under the Singapore Open Data Licence remains reusable according to that licence.

Nothing in these terms restricts any right that those third-party or open-data licences give you directly. Where the website shows such material, it says where the material comes from. Our own software, interface and presentation around that material are covered by section 3. Names, logos and marks of OrangeTee & Tie, the CEA and others belong to their respective owners.

5. Automated access

We want the website to be easy to find. Normal search-engine indexing, and legitimate referencing and linking (including by answer engines and AI assistants that cite or link to the website), are welcome and permitted. Our robots.txt deliberately allows search and AI crawlers for that reason.

You must not use automated tools such as scrapers or bots to systematically copy the website where the purpose is to republish it, or to commercially clone InfinitusNow Pte. Ltd.'s proprietary software, interface, original copy or presentation. You must also not interfere with the website's operation or security. This does not restrict anyone's use of the underlying government or open data under its own licence.

6. Links and third-party services

The website links to third-party sites and uses third-party services, for example hosting, analytics and an AI chat provider (see our Privacy Policy). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

7. No warranties and limit of liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted, and InfinitusNow Pte. Ltd. and its officers and agents are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website, including estimates produced by its tools. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its “last updated” date. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
