Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website is operated by InfinitusNow Pte. Ltd., Singapore (UEN 201725752N), which is the entity that handles data for the digital site described here.

Property advisory services are provided by Glenice Toh of OrangeTee & Tie Pte. Ltd. If you contact Glenice directly by phone, WhatsApp or email, that conversation is handled by her and her agency under their own practices.

2. What happens when you use the website

• Google Analytics 4 (Google). We use it to understand how the website is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, and clicks on WhatsApp, call and email links. It may use cookies or similar identifiers. Click events also include the page, the button label and whether a My Property Plan exists in your browser (yes or no).
• Microsoft Clarity. We use it to see how people interact with pages (clicks, scrolling and session replays) so we can improve them. It may set cookies or similar identifiers, including from Microsoft domains such as clarity.ms and bing.com, and Microsoft processes the data it collects under its own privacy statement. In My Lease Outlook, the search and property-name fields are explicitly marked so that what you type there is masked in replays. Elsewhere, masking follows the settings in our Clarity account.
• Hosting (Vercel). Our host delivers the website and, in doing so, processes request data such as your IP address and browser details.
• Ask Glenice chat. See section 4.
• WhatsApp, phone and email links. These open the WhatsApp, phone or email app on your device. Anything you send is handled by those services and by Glenice. If you use the WhatsApp button on My Property Plan, the plan summary in the message is only sent when you send that message yourself.
• Saved in your browser only. My Property Plan, saved calculator results and the chat open/closed preference are kept in your browser's local storage on your device. We do not receive them.

3. My Lease Outlook

• The HDB block and condo / EC searches run locally in your browser, against data files stored on this website.
• What you type to search for a block, street or project is not sent to data.gov.sg or URA.
• The typed search and property-name fields use explicit Clarity masking.
• The custom Google Analytics events for My Lease Outlook do not send a property name, block, street, search text or lease year.
• If you use the optional value illustration, the estimated market value you enter stays in your browser. The site does not save it, it is explicitly masked from Microsoft Clarity, and the custom Google Analytics events do not include it or the dollar figures calculated from it.

4. Ask Glenice chat

When you send a message to Ask Glenice, your message and up to the last eight messages of that conversation are sent through our /api/chat service to OpenRouter, which passes them to an AI model to generate a reply. The AI model may be run by a third-party provider.

Our application code does not intentionally store chat messages in a site database. Our hosting provider, OpenRouter and the model providers may still process or log requests under their own policies, which we do not control.

Please do not send your NRIC number, banking credentials or other sensitive information in the chat. The assistant gives general information only.

5. Why we use this information

To run and secure the website, understand how it is used, improve it, and give you replies to your questions.

6. Who else handles it

Google (analytics), Microsoft (Clarity and related Microsoft services), Vercel (hosting), OpenRouter and its model providers (chat) and WhatsApp (if you use it). Some of these providers process data outside Singapore. Each handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

7. How long data is kept

We do not publish fixed retention periods here. Retention depends on each provider's own settings and policies, and we do not claim that any of them keeps nothing. The website itself does not keep a database of visitors or chat messages.

8. Your choices

• You can ask us what personal data we hold through this website, or ask us to correct it, by emailing grow@infinitusnow.com. We can only act on data we hold or control. For data held by a third-party provider you may need to contact that provider.
• You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, and use browser or Google tools to opt out of analytics.

We may update this policy as the website changes. The latest version is on this page with its “last updated” date: 23 October 2026.
